9. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF BOOKING (to be read in conjunction with the respective tour operator booking conditions with whom you are travelling)
9.1 Pricing and availability data and any price comparison data was correct at the time they were sourced from the appropriate tour operator brochure or website.  Due to the nature of holiday prices continually changing, these prices are shown as guide prices only however we do change / update pricing information regularly because of this.  All holidays are subject to availability which may be extremely limited.
9.2 Some tour operators charge more for accommodation under occupancy supplements, ticket on departure, in resort transfers, in-flight meals and pre-bookable seats. Full pricing will therefore be confirmed with you at the time of booking as any original quotes from other suppliers may not include all your required components.
9.3 Prices are for return trips, per person unless otherwise stated although generally speaking most are based on two people sharing. Supplements for single occupancy may apply.  Further, some tour operators add a charge to a late booking or 'ticket on departure' fee for departure dates close to the time of booking.  These charges will be confirmed at the time of booking.
9.4 Please note that tour operator conditions apply to bookings made with that particular operator. Details about tour operator conditions are available on request and will be supplied with your booking confirmation.
9.5 Offers, discounts, holidays, flights and other services advertised on this web site are subject to availability and terms and conditions. Any offers and/or discounts shown on this site do not apply to existing bookings with us. You are not able to combine offers with any other promotional offer unless otherwise indicated. We, our members and partners reserve the right to withdraw any offer without notice.  We and our partners reserve the right to charge a credit card processing fee and where relevant booking, administration or amendment fees. Once we and our partners have authorisation from your card issuer, your booking will be processed and details of your travel arrangements will be dispatched. You are strongly recommended to read the booking conditions in the relevant tour operator brochure as appropriate. The conditions in a tour operator’s brochure also apply to late or last-minute bookings. All parties endeavour to ensure that all details are correct at time of entry, however, we and our partners cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information featured.  The customer should make him/herself happy that any images and representation of the properties displayed on this site are consistent with the current tour operator / hotel representation and that all facilities currently listed are in use at the time of travel.
9.6 Offer of £20 High Street vouchers is strictly restricted to one voucher per household.  The voucher will only be sent following the submission of a complete and genuine holiday quote that HolidayQuoteBeater.co.uk cannot beat.  The quote must be submitted in the post or electronically via e-mail.
9.7 In order to obtain the best possible quote on some occasions we may book directly with the relevant tour operator, travel supplier or agent, therefore, in these instances we will not be acting as your travel agent.
9.8 We charge a consultancy fee based on your search which is included in the total cost of the quote given. By agreeing to the quote you therefore agree to pay the inclusive consultancy fee to HolidayQuoteBeater directly and we will book the holiday for you direct with the operator on your behalf. The consultancy fee is non refundable under any circumstances on any changes made to your booking either by cancelling, changing the passengers travelling or the relevant travel supplier you are subsequently booked including on medical grounds.  Over and above this, the terms and conditions of each operator with whom you travel will always apply irrespective.
9.9 Please note that not all tour operators and suppliers will be covered under ABTA or ATOL regulations as in the case of low cost carriers and such like.
